The 3,000 sq. ft. of snow-melt is melted using (2) 285,000btu Lochinvar Knight Boilers. They also provide the radiant heat on the 1,350 sq. ft. Detached Garage. The snow-melt system is controlled automatically with a #665 Tekmar snow and ice-melt control with #090 slab sensor.
