This Evergreen home is over 6,000 sq ft plus a 1,100 sq ft heated garage and has 16 zones. A Triangle Tube Prestige Solo 175,000 Btu (wall hung) boiler heats the home and and Triangle Tube Smart 80 gallon side arm provides the hot water. The home also has 2,600 sq ft of snow-melt that is melted with a Triangle Tube Prestige Solo 399,000 Btu (wall hung) boiler. It uses a #665 Tekmar snow and ice-melt control for automatic system control.

The system is heated using a Triangle Tube Prestige 175,000 Btu (wall hung) boiler. The hot water is provided by a Triangle Tube Smart 80 gallon side arm. The home plus 550 sq ft garage has 13 zones. The home also has a small snow-melt area of 200 sq ft of front walk and walkway. That area is melted using a heat exchanger.

The hot water is provided by a Lochinvar Squire Sito 67 gallon side arm. The 1/2” Uponor hePex tubing is installed over 2” Dow Rigid Board Insulation (R-10). The radiant floor heating system is tied into a Geo-Thermal system.
